Electrician / Multi Tradesman
The job is for an Electrician/Multi Tradesman, another trade apart from electrics is preferable.
You will be required to work in and around London and the Essex area repairing light fittings, sockets, electrical showers and immersions. Installing new sockets and fittings and immersion where required. You will be required to liaise with tenants, landlords and letting agents.
We require someone with a sound electrical base and knowledge of basic plumbing or carpentry and advantage.
We are a property maintenance company and we work with care homes and letting agents. We will supply you with a van and company phone.
The starting salary is £31,200per annum
