Our client is looking for an experienced electrician to join our Social Housing team. You will be responsible for carrying out general electrical maintenance and electrical testing as part of our cyclical, voids and responsive maintenance contracts across both social housing and ‘let’ units. Primarily your work will focus on bringing void properties up to suitable letting conditions.

You should have strong electrical testing and electrical experience gained ideally within a housing/domestic setting.

Responsibilities:

*Checks and repairs
*Electrical faults
*Electrical diagnostics
*Routine checks
*Rewiring
*Routine maintenance

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

*City and Guilds 2360
*Door entry experience
*City and Guilds 2391/ 2392/ 2394/ 2395
*Full, valid driving license
*Experience of social housing/domestic repairs
