Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £36 per hour

You will join an established team involved in:
• Electrical modifications and projects (drawing electric diagrams, using CAD software);
• The management of electrical contractors on site;
• Testing and commissioning of industrial installation;
• Finding electrical faults, diagnostics, collaborating with the Engineering team, and fix issues and/or modifications as required.
Skills:
• Proven experience in electrical equipment for industrial process, you will be capable of reading/modifying electric diagrams
•Designing electric diagrams using CAD
• Knowledge on settings/commissioning/fault finding of VFD drives, fieldbus communications and PLC I/O, instruments.
Salary is negotiable on experience:

• Generous Pension Scheme;

• 40 hours week Monday – Friday day shifts only with potential for overtime;

To be considered you will have NVQ or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, be apprentice trained or a time served electrical engineer/fitter. You will have experience within manufacturing and working on production machinery/equipment.
