Electrical Estimator

Salary: £66,000 – £78,000 per year

212 Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our clients busy team.
Our client is a well established Electrical Contractor providing high quality services to their clients throughout the UK including Commercial, Industrial, Education and Public sectors.
The main purpose of the role will be to prepare bids and tenders based on detailed drawings and surveys to ensure the company has a full pipeline/calender of works to complete.
Reporting to the Managing Director, responsibilities will include:
* Produce accurate quotations by understanding job specification and drawings.
* Co-ordinate with suppiers and sub contractors to obtain competitive pricing used for bid submission.
* Prioritising workload and ensure all tenders are finalised ready for submission within deadline restrictions.
Skills and experience required:
* Applicants must have previous tendering/estimating experience within the electrical industry.
* Ability to interpret drawings with a high level of accuracy.
* Excellent commnication and negotiation skills
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00
