Electrical Construction Manager

Salary: £15.6 per hour

Aylin White have been tasked by one of our leading clients to provide them with an experience Electrical Construction Manager to run large scale projects in London. Our client turns over £13bn across Europe with over 25 years of experience in New Build, Commercial & Shell & Core sectors and have a reputation for working with some of the most prestigious clients on major landmark projects.

They are looking for an experience Electrical Construction Manager who is looking to work in a collaborative environment on large scale projects of £15m + in value at a time.

The client would prefer an experience Electrical Construction Manager who has worked on New Build, Commercial and Shell & Core projects in the past and is comfortable working on project and taking full responsibilities with values of up to £15m +.

The main responsibilities and experience for the Electrical Construction Manager will be:

* Experience in running and delivering a single large-scale New Build Commercial projects for Aa Tier 1 M&E Contractor with value of £15m+.

* Must have delivered New Build Commercial projects up to £15m.

* Control and improve production and productivity levels on site.

* Compile method statements with site engineers and foreman.

* Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures are adhered to.

* Review the work progress on a daily basis as well as manage basis.

* Coordinate and direct subcontractors as well as oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with the building and safety regulations.

* Basic salary negotiable (dependant on experience)

* £6k car allowance

* 4k paid travel
