The Role

As an Education Recruitment Consultant you will primarily be placing teaching staff into temporary assignments, although they do also deal with permanent positions too. Day-to-day duties will include;

– Face-to-face registration of teaching staff for permanent and temporary work
– Account Management of existing relationships with schools
– New business/business development calls and visits
– Managing the entire recruitment process for both temporary and permanent
placements.

Skills/Background

– Experience of face-to-face sales is advantageous
– Previous experience of working within a targeted environment
– Experience of telephone sales and/or customer service
– Clear communication skills
– Drivers licence
