Our client is at the heart of a management career in construction.

They accredit university degrees, educational courses and training. Their professional and vocational qualifications are a mark of the highest levels of competence and professionalism, providing assurance to clients and other professionals procuring built assets.
They are currently looking for a part-time Administrator to join their Education team, based at their Head Office in Bracknell. You will be responding to enquiries from and providing support and information to their members, candidates and students, as well as their assessors, examiners and course leaders. You will also administer new registrations to their qualification programmes, arrange for the issuance of certificates, co-ordinate surveys evaluating their qualifications delivery and assist in the roll out of virtual learning platforms.
Ensuring that accurate and up to date records are kept within the department, you will assist in producing analysis and reports on a regular basis and will be responsible for organising meetings and producing accurate minutes, co-ordinating mailings of marketing information, maintaining the accuracy of information on their website and undertaking general administrative duties as needed.
You will bring to the role a strong administrative background and experience of providing good customer service, along with excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your workload accordingly.
Ideally educated to A Level standard or equivalent, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong IT skills and some experience of working with and managing databases. Experience of higher education and qualifications systems would be desirable, although this is not essential.
