Eca – Emergency Care Assistant (Full Time)

Spring Personnel are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s largest independent healthcare service providers, which offers a range of specialist patient transport and courier services to the NHS and wider healthcare sector across the UK.

Due to continued growth they are currently looking to recruit a number of experienced Emergency Care Assistants to work across a variety of areas covering emergency, transportation and transfers as well as events to be based out of Staines & Surbiton.

Your role will involve front line emergency or non-emergency work which could involve inter-hospital transfers supporting the clinical team of a Paramedic or Ambulance Technician.

As an ECAs – Emergency Care Assistants you will be offered shifts on a 42 hour contract basis working as part of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to support the needs in the local area.

Salary for this role will be circa £27,000per annum

As a qualified ECA (Emergency Care Assistant) you will already hold the following qualifications:
* NHS Ambulance ECA Certification or FPOS intermediate certification
* IHCD/Edexcel D1 and D2 Ambulance Driving qualification BTEC Level 3
* Able to evidence your continuous CPD.

You will also be required to undertake a full DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
