Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year
Our client, a world leader in electronics manufacturing is seeking an Eastern European/Russian CIS Sales Manager to join their international sales team
Your duties will include:
Manage distributors and develop new distribution channels
Create sales strategies within the territory and undertake Market price/competition and new market research
Propose marketing strategies within the territory
Provide quotes
Set up expense budget and sales targets on a yearly basis
SWOT analysis on a yearly basis
Supervise marketing within the territory
Customers communication and visits in the territory
Submit sales reports and visit reports
Sales figures analyses – problem solving and opportunity taking
Managing agents and set up agency terms
Represent the company at Exhibitions in the territory
You will be/have:
Minimum 5 consecutive years international sales experience
Russian speaker
Self motivation
Business acumen
Negotiation skills
Numeric and Computer skills
Good communicator
Good analytical abilities
Tenacious character
Very attractive salary, £42,000 – £54,000 plus bonus plus car allowance and benefits
