Eal Teaching Assistant

We are looking for passionate, driven and caring individuals to join our team of support staff. The main objective of this role is to help integrate students into school ensuring that language does not become a barrier.

You will be expected to work in both inside and outside of the classroom setting to boost their academic and personal skills, reporting any progress to the SENCO.

Desirable qualities;

Experience supporting children with EAL
Patience and understanding
Somebody who is flexible and has the ability to use initiative
Strong command of English Language and excellent writing skills

In order to be considered for this role you must;

Hold an up to date DBS registered with the update service or be willing to process one
Provide us with 2x professional child related references
Have experience working with students who have little knowledge of English Language
