Dutch Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant

You role as a Dutch Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant would involve:

*Searching for candidates, using database and various tools, platforms and headhunting
*Proactively searching for new Business Opportunities, which involves market research, cold calling, introducing SEC Recruitment and building long lasting relationships with clients
*Screening and qualifying candidates by conducting thorough telephone interviews & following recruitment procedures in line with client requirements
*Maintaining and building strong and lasting relationships within the industry
*Networking
*Proactive, front-footed approach to self-generating prospects & spotting opportunities for new business
*Working against tight deadlines and targets

The ideal candidate will:

*Have some recruitment experience and/or proven sales background
*Be able to identify and develop strong B2B relationships
*Be very proactive and eager to learn
*Be committed to achieving high standards
*Be well organised and able to work with the unexpected whilst being attentive to detail
*Have a great sense of urgency
*Enjoy working in a targeted environment
*Be a great communicator
*Be commercially aware and have strong numeracy skills
*Be fluent in English and speak Dutch as you will use your native language to communicate with candidates and clients
