European/Tradeshow Sales Co-ordinator – Print Supplies

Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to grow the sales and trading database of the European side of the business and assist in roadshows, events, seminars and all aspects of event logistics. Develop good rapports with customers and build relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

They have a target of trading customers to hit and yearly turnover, this is a big project in order to grow our business into emerging countries
Outbound Telesales, relationship building
Innovative Ideas, making Samples and growing Sales
Candidate will also have an integral role in manning and planning events and exhibitions around Europe.
Assisting in setting up the show and manning the show
As a growing department, the demands for demonstrations are increasing.
Candidate will be expected to make and conduct their own demonstrations with a view to making a sale to the customer.
Candidate must maintain a professional attitude and ethic whilst dealing with customers.
As a company they have on average 100 new accounts created weekly candidate will have an integral part in making these companies aware of the ‘add it on’ range and service they offer via outbound telesales and sample sending.
As selling dynamic print & Embroidery consumables and machinery candidate will need to have a creative mind for design and making of promotional samples in order to catch the eye of prospective customers.
General administrative tasks from catering at seminars, making sure all areas are tidy, sending samples, outbound telesales.

Excellent administration and organisational skills
Ideally Multilingual (Fluent in English, Dutch and German)
PC literate in Microsoft Office packages
Able to use initiative and work to deadlines
Professional and trustworthy
Flexible and proactive approach willing to go that extra mile
Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels within the business
Personable, able to work with sensitivity
Confidence and empathy when dealing with customers
