Driver / Warehouse Assistant

Salary: £13.8 per hour

We have been established for over 20 years and are a privately-owned company and due to increased workflow, we require a Driver/Warehouse Assistant to join our team ASAP at our head office in Dunsfold near Guildford.

The working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.15pm, we offer an hourly rate of £13.8per hour depending on experience plus holiday pay, free onsite parking and the chance to join a friendly and professional company assisting with the delivery of our products in Surrey and the surrounding areas.

This opportunity would suit someone with a positive attitude, able to work in a busy warehouse environment, have some previous experience of van driving and happy to work on your own as well as within a team. You will need to be available immediately to carry out this contract opportunity.

The role of the Driver/Warehouse Assistant will involve the following duties:

• Making deliveries in and around the Guildford, London and Brighton area
• Warehouse duties – picking, packing, loading and unloading of stock.
• Keeping all areas of the Warehouse are kept clean and tidy at all times.

• Completing Paperwork, making amendments when required.

To be successful for the Driver/Warehouse Assistant role, you will need:

•Van Driving Experience

•Ideally Warehouse Experience

•Available immediately in order to commit to a contract opportunity

Own transport will be required as you will need to report to our site which is in a rural countryside location but our company van will then be provided along with safety boots.
