Driver

Salary: £26,000 per year

Good opportunity for an experienced Driver to join a Crane Hire company and become a valued member of the team.

You must have a clean driving licence that covers B + E – vans and trailers. And a clean licence, of course.

You will be self-motivated, and a team player and like my client you will always put safety first.

The hours of work are 8am to 5pm with an hour for lunch and there will be lots of opportunities for overtime.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Delivering and collecting of all Hire Equipment.

* Safe Loading and offloading of company equipment

* Securing of loads / Ensuring safety during offloading of equipment and equipment is fit for driving.

* Delivery of excellent service to our clients; able to build a trusting relationship whilst on site.

* Flexible approach which allows us to deliver orders to our clients who may make ‘last minute’ orders.

* Keeping Vehicles Clean / Tidy and Sanitised at all times.

* Upkeep and maintenance of delivery vehicles.

* Clean and maintain a tidy workplace and workshop.

* Comply to COVID rules and procedures

* Out of hours work that we cover Evenings and Weekends (overtime paid where necessary)

* Any other duties that may be expected within the scope of the role.
