Are a Stock Condition Surveyor looking for your next contract? Look no further!
1st Select are looking for an experienced Domestic Energy Assessor/Stock Condition Surveyor who would be able to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally as well as externally. Our client is a large Housing Association in the Stock Condition Surveying industry, that has a large contract covering South London and we are looking for 3 Domestic Energy Assessors/Stock Condition Surveyors to partake in this program. There are over 2000 surveys to be completed on this project.
Responsibilities/requirements will include…
Domestic Energy Assessor Accreditation
Stock Condition Surveying Experience
Knowledge of using handheld devices (Tablet)
HHSRS Experience
RDSAP Experience
