Domestic Claims Handler

Due to the continued success and expansion of my client, who are one of the leading global loss adjusters and claims management companies, we are now looking to recruit Domestic Claims Advisors/Handlers to look after their own portfolio of claims, which range from first instruction to full complex household claims.

Key Responsibilities

– The role is telephone based and you`ll be speaking with customers regularly, establishing causes of the claim and bringing each claim to a swift and successful outcome whilst ensuring utmost service satisfaction.
– You`ll need to listen, empathise, record lots of information, capturing it accurately, so attention to detail is absolutely essential.

Key Skills & Knowledge

– Previous claims handling experience
