Dispatch Coordinator
We are recruiting for a small expanding and established business near Stillington, York for a Dispatch Coordinator to join a fast paced, friendly team.
The role of Dispatch Coordinator plays an important part in the customer experience by accurately checking prepared orders before packaging them up and dispatching them nationally and internationally on time.
Your role will consist of:
* General goods in and out – receiving and manually unloading deliveries
* Checking priority order lists
* Inputting orders onto internal database
* Managing incoming stock to correct locations
* Preparing documents for courier collections
* Taking regular stock takes and maintaining stock levels
The successful Dispatch Coordinator will have:
* Amazing attention to detail
* The ability to work under a tight deadline
* Keenness to work for a small team with a cheerful personality
* Be able to lift up to 20kg on a regular basis
* Previous experience in a similar role would be useful
