This position is based in: Central London, South East
Salary: £33,000 – £40,800(Full Time) depending on experience and location.
Hours: Full-time (37.5)/Part-time hours Monday to Friday depending on location.

Purpose:

Currently we have multiple opportunities for Health Care Professionals including Physiotherapists, Nurses, Paramedics, Doctors and Occupational Therapists to enable us to manage a vitally important government contract consisting of Personal Independent Payment (PIP) assessments. The positions go live in May/June/July 2014 and the roles are for Central London, Greater London.

Duties:

You will work as part of a Health-Professional team in a set assessment centre based in your set region. There is a requirement that assessments are carried out timely, comprehensively and consistently. You may be required to travel as part of this role between clinics but expenses are included.

Skills Required/Key competencies:

• We are looking for an independent, self-motivated, pro-active individual with a minimum of 2 years post registration experience with proven professional skills
• Excellent communication and strong IT skills are essential.

Full induction and training will be provided, and there is potential for career development.

Education and Experience Required:

• MUST BE HCPC or NMC Registered
• Post graduated HCPC registration experience and proven professional skills are essential
• Due to contractual requirements, the post requires at least 2 years post-graduation experience

In addition to your current enhance CRB or PVG check; you will be required to undergo further security checking via a third party organisation.

Training:

You will be required to attend a two week training course which will be held in London.

Week 1: E learning Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Week 2: Face to face training Mon – Friday
