Director/Partner – Residential Lettings and Management

£48,000 pa basic plus equity and profit share. O.T.E. of £65k+

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential lettings manager to launch a new venture in Central Milton Keynes.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual to help us create a new division of our existing commercial property business.

The ideal candidate will be managing an existing lettings agency and have extensive experience along with a core client base.

Candidates will be capable of effective, accurate reporting and presentation and will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

We will also consider employing additional team members who can assist in the launch of this new venture.

The enterprise will operate from our existing ground floor Central Milton Keynes office, with administrative facilities already in place.

This is a chance for an ambitious individual to be an equity partner in their own business.

Requirements

The ability to:

• Establish new business and negotiate services and contracts
• Present the various strategies for the business
• Effectively manage a team
• Work towards monthly and annual targets

You will need to be:

• Self-motivated and driven by targets
• A fast starter, able to absorb information quickly
• Able communicate confidently and effectively – including both verbal and written
• IT proficient and possess numerical skills
• Possess a full driving licence

This is a permanent position based in our Central Milton Keynes office. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
