We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hard working “Digital Marketing Specialist” to join us at our offices in Fleet, Hampshire on a 3 – 6 month contract basis.
This newly created role is to work on our latest job site Resume-Library which has now been launched in the USA and our aim is to develop Resume Library into a global brand with significant growth plans for the next few years.
This is a fantastic opportunity to help drive digital marketing forward at a rapid rate. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with significant experience in planning and running online campaigns in a highly competitive landscape in the USA markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day marketing support to attract new candidates, clients and aid B2B sales efforts
- Run and manage various marketing activities such as display campaigns, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO strategy, website optimization, social media, and B2B lead generation.
- Investigate opportunities and provide ideas for new, online campaigns, communications and help develop the overall candidate and client strategy.
- Build and secure a marketing team in the USA.
- Track and review the performance of campaigns across all channels.
- Maintain a strong awareness of the industry and competitor landscape.
- Research and create lists of who to market to within the USA.
- Creating and writing content for marketing campaigns.
- Research and keep up to date with developments in digital and the latest tools, share findings and recommendations with the Marketing Director.
- Regularly report on the latest and upcoming activities, and the results achieved.
- You will work with our in house design team to deliver strong creatives.
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience within a similar marketing role, with a full mix of marketing skills across online, social media, email, mobile and analytics in particular.
- Experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing plans to meet company Objectives, often with significant budgets
- Previous experience of working for a successful online business within USA markets.
- Previous experience of online display advertising, securing space and negotiating packages
- Be able to use analysis to clearly demonstrate the results from campaigns and identify areas to expand and provide projected results
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent Ecommerce skills.
- Previous experience working on marketing campaigns within the USA
- Negotiation skills and building supplier relationships.
- Hands-on with the ability to make an impact immediately
- Extremely organised with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pro-actively able to establish and maintain effective working team relationships within own team and with all other departments.
- A pro-active outlook and willingness to take the initiative and suggest improvements to current work practices.
- Ability to “make a difference” by liaising with and gaining buy-in from various parties.
- Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work as part of a team
- Adapt to a fast paced changing environment
Location
We are based at the Waterfront Business Park, Fleet, just a 2 minute walk away from the mainline station with direct links to London Waterloo, Basingstoke, Winchester and Southampton.
