Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Executive/Manager
Due to exteemly high demand, Safe2Stay® is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Executive/Manager to join our team.
As a Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and optimisation of our online marketing efforts.
Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company’s success, making this role crucial in achieving our business goals and objectives. You will play a key role in the business and will be reporting directly into the leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology: You will be well-versed in the concepts of e-commerce, digital marketing and social media management and understand how the internet can become a strong asset in securing growing revenue.
As a Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Executive/Manager your responsibilities will be:
* To build, plan and implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy.
* To stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
* To plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
* To provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
* To manage all digital marketing channels.
* Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget.
* To launch optimised online adverts through Google Ad-words, Facebook etc. to increase company sales and brand awareness.
* To measure ROI and KPIs.
* To measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Wed Analytics Tools.
* To forecast sales performance trends.
* To monitor competition’s digital presence.
* To acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
* Provide monthly reports to the senior management team.
Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Executive/Manager Requirements
This role could suit someone looking to gain more experience and grow into a managers position or may already be a manager. The Safe2Stay® team are open to both possibilities and the role will be remunerated accordingly.
* Proven experience as Digital Marketing or E-Commerce Executive or equivalent relevant knowledge.
* Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
* Familiarity with web design (Woo Commerce).
* Experience with B2C Social Media, Goodle Adwords, Email Campaigns and SEO/SEM.
* Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.).
* Skills and experience in creative writing.
* Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field (desirable not essential).
