Location

This role will be based in Bristol with the need to travel to other RAC locations and 3rd party sites across the UK.

Salary Package

£30,000 – £35,000 basic depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday, pension scheme and many other benefits (including a comprehensive Flexible Benefits Scheme)

Role Description:

Standard Business Analysis duties, including:

•The ability to ensure that key business goals, strategy and vision are understood and can be articulated and requirements (including Agile Epics, themes and stories) documented, maintained and communicated in a clear/concise and unambiguous way that enables a solution to be defined, designed, constructed, tested and delivered.
•Specification and design of end to end Business change and IT solutions to meet defined business requirements within the framework of the RAC enterprise architecture and business simplification principles.
•Carry out analysis and impact assessments relating to changing scope/ priorities/ change requests within a project
Essential Knowledge and Skills:

•Specific web and mobile business analysis experience – ESSENTIAL.
•Agile experience preferred with candidates comfortable with drafting requirements into coherent dev-ready user stories.
•Experience of using RallyDev or similar software preferred
•An ability to deliver clear, concise requirements in a fast-paced environment.
•Relevant qualification and training in Business Analysis (e.g. accredited to BCS/ISEB Business Analysis diploma level.) with a good understanding of different delivery methodologies.
•Proven experience of delivering successful projects through both standard waterfall and agile development approaches (ideally with experience in the insurance industry although not essential)
•Self motivated and driven individual who can make things happen and deliver change in a fast paced iterative and ever evolving environment
•Knowledge of IT governance and control frameworks and practical application of them
