Our housing client is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who engage with customers through digital and social media in a business capacity. You will help to develop their social media strategy to engage audiences and ensure exposure for their news and updates. Creating content for digital and social media channels, you will also scan the appropriate media such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Linkedin as a measurement and vehicle for the customer experience and identify promotional opportunities for the Group. Your expertise in digital media monitoring and analysis will ensure that platforms are utilised to their full potential and that new and emerging technologies are embraced.

They are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience, passion and interest in using digital and social media as a corporate tool for communication. You will be accustomed to dealing with customers online responding to negative customer issues, whilst promoting the Group positively. A confident communicator, you will liaise with internal departments and manage complex projects and be responsible for public updates and news via a variety of social media avenues. You will be innovative in your approach and will bring an abundance of new ideas to the role. Due to the nature of the role, you will have a full, UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
