Salary: £37,200 per year
RPL have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technician to join one of their progressive Rail customers. The role is suitable for an experienced Locomotive Technician or a Technician that can demonstrate experience in a Heavy Plant/ Diesel maintenance environment
Location: Doncaster
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £37,200 pa (inclusive of shift allowance), plus pension and benefits
Role overview:
Undertake periodic, reactive and planned maintenance, overhaul and repair to railway locomotive vehicles. Resolve or progress specific, technical engineering issues as directed by Line
Manager. Providing guidance to other engineers as necessary.
Experience required:
Engineering Advanced Apprenticeship or equivalent experience
BTEC National Certificate /ONC in Engineering or European equivalent.
Experience of working in a similar Maintenance role ideally within a Diesel engineering environment or any other relevant Industry.
