As we continue to grow and expand, we are also improving and evolving how our delegates access our training. This role will be pivotal in helping us determine the right solutions and lead their implementation. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to shape and grow the role.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update course delivery infrastructure on internal and 3rd party servers and platforms
Trouble-shoot any live issues affecting course delivery
Co-ordinate with training partners to facilitate integration of course material
Advise technical and non-technical staff on technical requirements for course delivery
Optimise customer experience and efficiency of course infrastructure and delivery methods
Lead innovation of course delivery infrastructure to maintain best-in-class experience
Key competencies
Essential Requirements
You must be a confident, customer orientated and proactive individual with technical experience in a business context
It is essential that you have experience in programming/scripting, system administration and trouble-shooting of both your own and pre-developed code
Excellent Linux administration
TCL and Python programming skills
Self-motivation and the ability to plan and communicate workflow and system changes, alongside willingness to work as a team
You will have experience and working knowledge of general workplace IT systems including cloud services such as AWS (EC2), NoMachine and virtual meeting software
The role is occasionally customer facing requiring good communication skills and ability to present a professional image reflecting our brand
Preferred Requirements
Ideally, you will be educated to Degree level in a relevant subject
>5yrs experience of working within the technology industry a distinct advantage
FlexNet, HTML, PHP and Java skills would be advantageous
Administration of FlexLM licence servers
Training or remote service industry experience ideal but not essential
What you can expect
Salary range of £48,000 – £54,000

This is a full-time appointment. The role will initially be home-based during the COVID-19 pandemic before returning to our head office in Ringwood
