The successful Desktop- Mac/PC Support Engineer should have solid experience in Mac OSX 10.9, and also have commercial experience in using Adobe Creative Suite. It is also important that the leading Desktop- Mac/PC Support Engineer has solid Windows knowledge including MS Office Suite 2010, Active Directory, Exchange 2010 and Windows 7.
