This role will suit an ambitious candidate, it will be highly beneficial to be working in or have experience in a supervisory, team leader, or deputy managerial position within the retail sector.

Purpose of Role

To support the Store Manager in managing the store and its staff in line with its Company goals and targets and to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager

Key Accountabilities

* 40 hours a week, working 5/7 days.
* Managing Teams of up to 35
* The store to be presentable at all times with full availability and excellent customer service
* To recruit, motivate and develop store colleagues to be responsive to store and customer demands
* To merchandise the store to provide a welcoming customer environment which also delivers sales and profitability
* To operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
* To protect and safeguard the company assets
