Deputy Nursery Manager

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Deputy Manager or Room Leader who is looking for the next step up to work within their independent nursery in Kilburn.

The right candidate will be friendly, outgoing and child focused who knows how to go the extra mile and offer the best possible care for the young children in our client’s fantastic nursery settings.

Some of your experience and responsibilities will include:
•Recent experience within a Nursery environment.
•Working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum
•The ability to work as part of a team
•Good use of initiative
•Knowledge of nursery policies and procedures and the ability to adhere to them
•Excellent communication skills both written and oral
