Deputy Manager (RNLD / RGN/RMN)

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy nursing home manager within a private residential service specialising in dementia and respite care.

This job opening offers the successful applicant the opportunity for the successful applicant to work with a highly regarded and growing company, currently with over 50 services nationally. The successful applicant will be instrumental in ensuring that this service meets the high standards expected from the company as a whole. It will also offer you the chance to use your management and nursing experience to great effect within the home to positively influence all staff to consistently achieve the highest standards of care.

This home provides continuing care for elderly residents with diagnosis of dementia EMI and general elderly frail. Success in this role will depend upon your ability, dedication and passion to offer the highest standards of care at all times.

To be considered for position of Deputy Manager, applicants must be a qualified nurse with a valid nursing pin and must have some prior experience of managing staff. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
