An experienced Deputy Children’s Home Manager is required for a residential home that looks after children with Autism in Middlesbrough
Our client is a specialist organisation that provides residential services for Children and Adults.
Salary is £30,000 – £32,400
The Role:
– Supporting the manager in a residential service for children with Autism and Learning Disabilities
– Supporting young people in a therapeutic environment
– Supporting a team of senior support workers and support workers
– Supporting staff with development
The Successful Candidate:
– NVQ Level 5 in Children and Young People (or willing to work towards)
– Experience in working with children with Autism or Learning Disabilities
– An understanding of Autism (desirable)
