Are you currently a Senior Carer/Supervisor or Deputy Manager? We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual with a passion for caring to help lead our growing domiciliary care agency.
Blossom Care Solutions are recruiting for a Deputy Manager for our domiciliary care services based in Leeds.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager who is compassionate, forward thinking, committed to service users, enthusiastic, driven and can motivate others.
As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for the continued growth and development of our domiciliary care service, you will be responsible for leading the team to the next level of growth and for maintaining a high standard level required by CQC.
Job role:
This is a varied and challenging role, you will be required to:
* Working closely with the director to coordinate growth and ongoing development.
* Be an inspiring leader to a team of highly motivated carers.
* Ensuring that workloads are managed effectively.
* Networking in the local community.
* Coordinate rotas.
* To conduct care plans and risk assessments in compliance with CQC.
* Provide an outstanding service.
To be succesful, you will:
· Hold a relevant NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care Level 3 or working towards level 5 or equivalent. (essential)
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience being a Senior Carer/Supervisor, care coordinator or Deputy Manager in a care setting.
· Ability to work accurately under pressure.
· You must be able to complete a compliance audit.
· You will be completing staff supervisions.
· Full driving licence and access to own vehicle is important.
· A kind, compassionate, caring nature is essential and someone who is passionate about helping and working with people.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Is able to work on their own initiative, but also in a team environment.
