I am looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to help to run a fantastic service in Leicester. The service provides residential care to adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues and challenging behaviours.

In this role you will:

• Assist the Manager in the running of the home
• Deputise for the Home Manager in their absence
• Lead, manage, support and inspire the team
• Ensure positive outcomes are achieved for residents
• Assist with paperwork including care plans and risk assessments
• Ensure training targets are met and the team is competent in their role

For this role you must have:

• A Level 3 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership skills
• Good numeric and literacy skills
• Experience of managing staff
