Can you motivate and manage the performance of a team of tutors and delivery team members? Have you had previous contract delivery experience? Do you have previous management/supervisory experience?

The role of Delivery Manager,
Manage and support the performance, efficiency and effectiveness of a team of tutors.
Lead the team to achieve positive learner outcomes.
Meet contractual and awarding body requirements.
Ensure compliance to quality procedures and requirements.
Ensure compliance to company and awarding body quality standards.

Core responsibilities of this role
Having overall accountability and responsibility of the adult contract and its associated delivery teams
To develop and enhance the quality of provision through continuous improvement strategies
Responsible for ensuring quality learner experience and outcomes achieved in line with contract requirements
To manage the day to day operations of the adult provision

What skills and experience are we looking for from potential applicants?
Previous people management / supervisory experience – Previous JCP and DWP experience essential
Contract management experience with a proven ability to deliver results
Proven experience of dealing with change management
A genuine passion for making a difference to peoples lives
