Delivery Consultant – Creative & Design Recruitment

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant who loves dealing with your candidates but no longer enjoys the business development aspect of the job? Or a resourcer that would like to step up and become more of a candidate manager?

We are recruiting for the world’s biggest creative recruitment company working across all aspects of design, project management, and technical development in print and digital.
They are looking to take on a delivery focused recruitment consultant who will be asked to source candidates from their database, through advertising, and via job boards and social media and manage and coach them through the interview process. As part of that activity you will naturally be dealing with your clients but you will not be given or targeted with any new business or business development responsibility. Instead you will work in tandem with a BD consultant who will secure the roles for you to work on and hand them across.

You will already need to be working in recruitment to secure this role but it is not necessary that you are already recruiting in the sector although it will be advantageous if you have had some exposure to the creative world – perhaps through your education or previous work experience.
The client puts more emphasis on basic salaries rather than bonus payments; particularly for this role. It is likely that you will earn less bonus or commission here than at other creative recruiters but it is almost certain that your basic will be substantially higher, somewhere between £54,000and £45,000 depending on experience with another £5k to £10k on top, and a very generous benefits and pension package which includes health, gym membership, pension, mobile bill and a season ticket loan.
