Data Scientist – Social Data / Digital Marketing

Avanti Recruitment is working with a leading digital marketing agency in Central London to Recruit a Data Scientist to work on a key new project using Social Data. You will be tasked with the goal of delivering smarter, more targeted media through consumer insight and predictive analytics based on social data for their clients. This will be an opportunity for a talented Data Scientist to build new Data Science tools from the ground up which drive consumer insight and consumer understanding.

We are looking for an experienced candidate who can hit the ground running, working on predictive models and Customer Behavioural modelling and lead this project from a Data Science perspective. You will be working with a team of Data Analysts but you will be the only Data Scientist on the team. To be considered you will understand the theory behind Social data analysis and understand how to use it to drive consumer insight. You will have dealt with issues of noisy or messy data and understand concepts such as segmentation and behavioural clustering, marketing mix modelling etc. You must be experienced and comfortable in developing and prototyping applications in Python.
