Salary: £26,000 per year
Are you an experience contract coordinator within the travel industry? This successful tour operator based in Kent is seeking a Data Processing Executive with an understanding of hotel contracts to join their Data Loading Department.
ROLE AND DUTIES:
Reporting to the department manager, duties will include:
* Loading data of hotel contracts, brochure panels, special offers and stopsales
* Loading data of margins, advertising & escorted tours
* Loading data of hotel content on the Intranet
* Checking the work of other members of the Data Loading Department
* Brochure costing
* Any other task which the Manager or any Director may ask
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Very good organisational skills
* Good knowledge of excel
* Be able to work to tight deadlines
* Have the ability to work individually as well as part of a team
* Experience in IT and data loading for travel businesses is a plus
THE PACKAGE:
Salary will start between £26,000and £20,000 depend upon experience
