Data Manager

My client is currently seeking a Data Manager to join their team in Surrey. The ideal candidate will possess statistical and analytical skills, along with a knowledge of data management software, Microsoft Windows, Office, and Excel. Familiarity with SISRA, Edulink, ALPS Connect, SIMS, and Accelerated Reader is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize SISRA, Edulink, ALPS Connect, SIMS, and Accelerated Reader to analyze and interpret student information accurately.
Effectively disseminate data to the entire school community.
Design, create, and maintain a reliable management information system.
Liaise with senior leaders to provide insights into data interpretation and implications.
Identify the academic progress of different student groups.
Update student targets and assessment information with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
Collaborate with the examinations manager to manage external results data and internal attainment grades.
Deliver comprehensive knowledge of management information systems to the school community.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, and Excel.
Familiarity with SISRA, Edulink, ALPS Connect, SIMS, and Accelerated Reader.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate data and analysis to all staff.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in report compilation.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to find effective solutions in data management.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work.
Adaptability to changes in technology and a quick, independent learner.
