Salary; £26,000per year for first 12 weeks, £9.65 after 12 weeks.

Hours of Work; 7.00pm-11.00pm Monday-Friday

Location; East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington

Our client, an international logistics company, has a vacancy for a part-time Data Entry Clerk to join their team. The position involves entering details onto the client’s in-house system and HM Customs system. Contact with client’s depots throughout the UK via telephone and email. Collation of export paperwork.

A Criminal Records Check, AVSEC Certificate and 5 years referencing will need to be obtained for this position. Details of these will be discussed prior to interview.

**This is a long-term ongoing temporary position**

The Role;

– Receiving data on in-bound aircraft consignments from depots
– Updating systems accurately and efficiently
– Ensuring all data is complete and in order
– Meeting consignment in the warehouse
– Production of routing labels and manifests
– Ensuring all customs and security tags are in-tact and correct
– Co-ordinating the distribution of all consigned goods
– Working to set procedures, targets and Health & Safety Guidelines

– Possess excellent numeracy and literacy skill
– Previous export experience would be an advantage but not essential
– Possess current AVSEC Level D certificate an advantage but not essential
– Possess current Criminal Records Check an advantage but not essential
