Data Entry Clerk

We are recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk for our office based in Rainham, Essex

You will be working within a close team, where your role will require a very keen eye for detail and be able to prioritise and be very organised. You should have a proactive approach to your work and you must be able to communicate with others and be a self-starter.

Job Description

• You will be handling important documents
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
• You will be using various online systems to track and trace
• Keeping colleagues and customers informed of any delays
• Inputting various data into in house software systems
• Knowledge of CVED Creation along with Port / veterinary control (however the right individual can be taught this)

Profile
• Education GSCE – A level.
• Experience within freight forwarding/Data Entry
• Good command of the English language in writing and speaking. Possess customer service skills, practical and flexible as well as a motivated personality with a willingness to learn and to take initiative.
• Good computer skills, such as MS Office.
• Driver’s license.
