Data Entry & Accounts Administrator – £20-30,000 – Derby
My client a developer / supplier of high quality goods and services to pharmaceutical, food, and drink industries are on the lookout for a new Data Entry & Accounts Administrator for the Derby based office.
This is a great opportunity for an early careers professional as the role offers excellent progression and the scope to wider and develop a skillset.
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain data records, utilising business systems
- Produce data reports and insights using Excel
- Promote financial data accuracy
- Perform daily financial transactions, including data entry and processing invoices.
- Reconcile financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date internal records.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Company.
Requirements:
- Sage 50 experience
- Previous Data Entry / Reporting
- Advanced Excel
- Accounting and Bookkeeping experience
