The Company:
Our client is a well established international company, based in the UK

Main duties:
To provide Medical Information and deal with daily enquiries from clients based in Czech Republic

The Role:
– To deal with daily enquiries, mainly from Healthcare professional (ie GP, Pharmacists, Nurses…)
– To provide accurate information regarding pharmaceutical/medical products
– To identify faulty products and act according to the company policy
– To liaise with the Administration team to confirm the accuracy of the information provided to clients
– To carry out medical research when required
– To translate documents from English to Czech

The candidate:
– High level of fluency in English & Czech (Written and Spoken)
– Experienced in similar position (ie Medical Information)
– Must have scientific background, ideally in Czech Republic (ie medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare…)
– Degree educated in Life Science, Biochemistry, Biomedical, Biology…
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proactive and dynamic personality
– Computer literate with Microsoft Office
– Excellent telephone manners
– Able to work under minimum supervision

Salary:
£26,000 – £27,600 per year + Benefits (24 days holidays + Bank holidays)

Working hours:
8am to 4.30pm – 37.5 hours per week
