Customer Support with Portuguese

Title: Customer Support with Portuguese, Brazilian or Spanish and a good standard of English

Based in Camberley, Surrey

Hours: Monday – Thursday 1:00pm- 9:00pm, Friday 11:00am – 7:00pm

Salary: £26,000 per year+ 15/20% annual bonus

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

* Understand how the business relates to the customers requirements to ensure appropriate response when dealing with queries
* Work with Sales Support and Account Managers to provide updates on new services available to maximise the potential for growth and to meet revenue targets for the business
* Provide Customer Support by resolving queries received in a timely manner by working to agreed internal SLA’s
* Pro-active in reviewing activity using monthly statistics and other sources to provide added value to the customer and the business
* Work with Implementation Managers to ensure that all projects are completed according to Customer Requirements and Contractual agreements
* Ensure that all operational functions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
* Complete daily administrative tasks including monitoring of input and output files, following up enquiries by telephone/email

Who We’re Looking for:

We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, it is essential that you are fluent in Portuguese, Brazilian or Spanish, you will have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships through written/oral channels.
