Ambitions Personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Representative for their prestigious client based in Nottingham.
The role will involve speaking to customers on both inbound and outbound calls. Dealing with queries, updating systems and transferring calls to the relevant department.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain existing business through strong customer service skills and being well organised and being able to think on their feet.
The company offer a bonus scheme, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, on site parking, modern offices and a very friendly team.
The company work off their own internal system and offer a full training plan on this. There is on the job training offered and they offer a shadowing process in order for the candidate to have the best training for their specific role.
