Customer Support Engineer – Mass Spectrometry

Are you an experienced service engineer for complex scientific instruments?

We are searching for a technically astute candidate to join a world-leader in analytical chemistry instrumentation.

Home based in the South East of England, you will travel to customer sites to install, maintain and repair the company’s range of mass spectrometry instruments, which includes MALDI-TOF, QQQ, and QToF technology. As part of the service team you will be expected to cover a UK territory.

To be considered for this position you will be an experienced field service engineer of scientific instruments and accustomed with providing technical support to customers both in person and remotely.

Candidates with knowledge of Mass Spectrometry instruments will be at a distinct advantage.

Excellent interpersonal and time management skills are essential.
