Salary: £26,000 per year
We are seeking customer service advisors to work within our call centre in Crewe for a Perm assignment.
The role is a pure customer service role and you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for customers wanting to make a claim against their insurance
The ideal candidate will have excellent PC Skills and attention to detail supported by excellent communication & listening skills and a real desire to provide excellent customer service
All Applicants must be immediately available and able to commence on the 1st of July
The hours are full time 5 days over 7 and involve some weekend working
Shift patterns are between 9am – 8pm Mon -Fri & part weekend 1 in 2
