Customer Success Manager

Salary: £60,000 – £84,000 per year

Customer Success Manager £50000- £70000 negotiable

Hybrid Working 50% in Hemel Hempstead Head Office and 50% Remote.

About the role

This is a very exciting time to join us to bring together our global regions, as we improve our infrastructure, systems and processes. With such exciting change, this role is designed to be a key linchpin between Sales, Product Management, Customer Service and our strategically focused end users. The role will support a vast territory across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), the priority focus being Western Europe.

The objective of the CSM is to address pain points and challenges of our end customers in order to tailor our pre and post sales business processes to enhance our brand value proposition. Moreover, with a dedicated team of software engineers, we seek to deliver timely and powerful enhancements to our product offering to elevate our relationships and engagement with end users.

The successful candidate will be expected to travel up to 50%.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, in collaboration with our regional sales groups, our strategic focused end users
• Evaluate and determine our critical success factors customer success
• Champion the brand value proposition with the identified end users
• Provide feedback and recommendations for a value enhancements across all functional departments, with particular emphasis on our Solution and Service offerings
• Execute agreed value enhancements for our customer success

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in Customer Success Management
• Software as a Service (SaaS) commercial/sales experience
• Excellent communicator with multiple spoken languages favourable
• Pro-active & driven problem-solver
