Customer Service Administrator/Account Manager
£26,000 per year
Redhill
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm

Our client is a successful, well established energy management company that advises businesses of all sizes including multi-nationals on how to save money on their energy bills.

The customer services administrator/account manager will be responsible for the day to day management of all key service aspects for their designated portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

Review client invoice reports to identify gaps in the utility data
Obtain missing invoices from suppliers, their websites or from the client where applicable, to submit for data input
Review clients half hourly consumption data gap reports in order to identify gaps in the data and arrange for missing data streams to be set up in order to ensure the on-going receipt of data in the future
Take responsibility for all of the EMS aspects when setting up a new client account, including the setting up of their portfolio grouping and payment schedules
Once received from the data input department, process invoices within the agreed SLA timescales, resolving any queries raised and ensuring that the invoice processing format aligns with the clients requirements
Conduct regular quality checking of all clients’ websites in order to identify any issues with my client and / or the data displayed on it. Ensure that any errors found are rectified.
Undertake the management of investigations on client accounts ensuring that regular action is taken in a timely manner and that up to date records are kept
Where appropriate, attend meetings with clients and assist with any issues which they may have regarding their utility supplier. This may, for example, include the management of disconnections and AMR meter installations
Support the EMS Assistant on occasions by managing the incoming post which may include payment reminders, stamping invoices and ensuring that clients are made aware of outstanding invoices requiring payment
Skills:

Professional communication skills at all times whether liaising with external clients and suppliers or any internal members of staff
Customer service experience
Time management and the ability to multi-task as appropriate
Capable of working on own initiative and managing workload as well as working alongside and within the wider account management framework
Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload
Works well under pressure
Analytical
Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word software
