We are currently working with a Top 20 Housebuilder in their search for a Customer Care Operative.

We are currently working with a top Contractor who deliver high quality social and private housing and prides themselves on working in an honest and customer focused way. With 5 regional offices and plans to grow exponentially over the next 5 years the client can offer unparalleled career progression and opportunities.

The majority of projects are residential led however always contain a diverse mix of tenures and specifications.

They are looking for a Customer Care Operative to cover the Essex/Herts area working on predominately residential schemes.

Duties:

Carry out works which will be directed by a Customer Service/Care Manager. The work will include trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing and decorating
Maintain good relations with the customers
Liaise with customers to ensure they have received the best service possible
Work to a clean and safe environment
Report to a Customer Service/Care Manager
Report any issues/problems to Customer Service/Care Manager
Follow all company procedure
