We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join client’s team as a Customer Service Operative, on a 6 month contract, with the possibility of being extended.
Our client is passionate about Industrial Gas and have a legacy of helping customers achieve greater productivity, energy efficiency, and sustainability for over 80 years. We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Operative to join their friendly, customer-centric team.
About the Role
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Proactively provide customer updates and order assistance
- Manage customer information and product data
- Support team and business needs with ad hoc tasks

Job Title – Customer Service Operative
Location – Crewe/Hybrid working after satisfactory period
Type – 6-month contract, possibility to extend, Mon-Fri 08.00-17.00, Sat (1in4) 09.00-17.00
Salary – £11.72 per hour PAYE
