Customer Service Officer

A customer services officer opportunity has arisen with our fantastic client based in Feltham. They are ideally looking for a confident and hardworking individual with customer service and SAP experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

First point of contact for internal and external customers
Ensure all customers orders are placed on SAP
Liaison with supply officers
Liaison with Finance and Shared Services for resolution of payment issues
Liaison with DHL to ensure orders and promptly picked/packed and dispatched promptly
Ensure all queries are resolveESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

SAP experience
Customer Service experience
